New Patients Are Welcome
Becoming a patient is simple. Book your first appointment online or call us at 740-722-0010, and we'll get you scheduled, often same-day or same-week. Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and a list of any current medications, and we'll take care of transferring your records. From your first visit, you'll have a dedicated provider who knows your history.
